What is the Warranty Policy?

The Manufacturer’s Warranty assures all the SYAMSON branded products. It covers all the defects regarding zippers, runners, buckles, and stitching caused by manufacturing errors for a period of 12 months from the time of purchase. While applying for a warranty claim, please submit your purchase invoice and warranty card as proof of purchase. The warranty is applicable only when the product is used under normal conditions and for the purpose for which the product was designed. It does not cover natural wear & tear, usage under extreme conditions, damage due to improper care (accident, misuse or negligence) and damage caused by acts of God such as floods, fires, earthquakes, or tsunamis. All out-of-warranty repairs are chargeable.
